The perfect place to slow down, switch off and experience contrast therapy - warm up in the sauna before stepping outside for a refreshing cold shower, then repeat at your own pace.

Surrounded by nature, it’s a simple way to relax, reset and reconnect with the outdoors.

Must be at least 14 years of age

Aged 14 - 16 must have an adult in the sauna in a 1:2 ratio

As these saunas are wood fired, please book the sauna at least a day in advanced

As this is a family holiday park and a shared space, please stick to wearing swimwear inside the sauna and no nudity allowed.

Please do not touch the fire, or attempt to put anything on the fire
