Age - minimum age of 6, 6-8 year olds must be supervised by an adult 18+ in a ratio of 1-3 (1 adult per 3 children). Children aged 9-16 can go on their own as long as they are confident in open water and they have an adult on site (at Willow Lake or the Lake Club).

48 hours or more before your activity: You’ll receive a full refund—no fuss, no worries.
Less than 48 hours before your activity: Unfortunately, cancellations made within this window will incur the full charge.
